L T.S.O. (Lead Transportation Security Officer) PQS Certified (Capable of relieving supervisor and performing his/her duties). Carried over to multiple years awaiting confirmation of Congress. As part of my accomplishments, I have been graded RME (Role Model of Excellence) under the PASS (Performance Accessment) program with a score of 76.5, and achieved 100% (no points deducted) for the Practical’s in all 6 tests, along with 100% training, and 98% SOP score (Standard Operation Procedures). Received a promotion to L T.S.O. (Lead Transportation Security Officer) I have experience with being a member of National Assignment, locally, the ADASP. (Aviation Direct Access Screening Program). This position involves the screening of airport vendors, Massport employees, airline employees and crews, (including flight crews and ground crews), at various Access doors, that lead to outside and curtailed sterile areas (tarmac and airplanes). I have also served as a Terminal Representative for the OSS (Organizational Satisfaction Survey Committee) gathering crucial data from employees of 3 checkpoints and 3 bag rooms to be submitted to and scrutinized within a steering committee that we oversaw. This data was employed through committee meetings to upper management on a continual basis to recommend solutions to employee problems, in an effort to cut attrition and maintain moral. I participated in upper management meetings on a regular basis carried over to multiple disciplines.This was an effort for the pointed solutions to the many and varied problems, gripes, and discontent, within 15 challenged disciplines (survey subjects) that exist as an interaction between management and their designated and trusted OSS delegate’s.(Terminal D/E BOS) I was also involved in a focus group for the Model Workplace Office (ICMS), and a past committee member of Rewards and Recognition. I was privledged to be an active member of the SAT (Safety Action Team) 2008 – 2009 & beyond.
