In my time at the Board, I have been involved with transforming the website from a static page website to a CMS based (WordPress) site that incorporates many of our processes online and eliminating the need for paper applications and reducing the processing time for the applications while making the processes more efficient.Also responsible for the development and maintenance of online applications using C# and SQL server.Worked to develop social media presence through the creation and administration of our Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube sites. This allows the Board to keep nurses up to date.

Worked as an SAP consultant specializing in the configuration of Time Management for the HR module. Worked on all phases of multiple project implementations: blueprinting, requirements gathering, system configuration, system testing and end-user knowledge transfer.

Responsible for the implementation and administration of several systems used to support the corporate HR function, including a succession planning software, a payroll case management system, and a web based system employee self-service system to manage employee personal information. Responsibilities also included the development of several internal websites.
