I am a seasoned technical program manager with over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience. As the Director of Vehicle Software at Rivian, I lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop and deploy consumer and commercial vehicle software that is reliable, secure, and user-friendly. I am passionate about Rivian's mission to create products that inspire adventure, foster community, and challenge the status quo. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in various domains such as robotics, cloud services, mobile apps, and consumer electronics. I leverage my skills and credentials in project management, agile methodologies, testing, and product development to ensure that the software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability. Some of the achievements I am proud of, beyond monthly customer OTA’s, include launching the first and second generation R1T and R1S, and Enduro Motor and LFP battery variant of delivery van.
