•Manage existing Bell Mobility Accounts to ensure their mobility needs are met•First point of contact for clients on every interaction with Bell; including but not limited to billing, new hardware, rate plan renewals and travel features•Develop relationships with clients to ensure I understand their business & usage well enough to provide educated recommendations about their account•Provide periodic ongoing review to ensure client needs have not shifted and they are still getting the best value•Prospect businesses to inquire about their mobility situation and provide them with a solution if they were to move their mobility account to Bell•Provide leadership to sales representative and management on developing sales techniques•Responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels for the entire company (4 locations)•Pull reports and complete purchasing to ensure all opportunities are explored and no sales are lost•Reconcile all vendor invoices to ensure the company is not billed for product that was not received; and ensure all received product is accounted for and sold correctly•Oversee, reconcile, and adjust for inventory counts to ensure all stock is accounted for •Reconcile the company bank statement to ensure the company is being paid the correct amount based on sales; and organize them to be entered into quick books for each location•Develop and implement a process to pay off vendor account statements in order to maximize the non-interest times but still avoid paying interest •Prepare and send accounts receivable invoices to clients with charge accounts•Track and submit request for marketing monies from Bell•Create and maintain processes to lead to efficient and effective routines for store managers and sales representatives

• Oversee all aspects of management for three departments in the facility and staff of 55 employees• Answer to a membership of 5300 members which includes 1000 in aquatics, 400 child and youth, and 650 campers• Increased enrollment in aquatic programs to over 1000 participants• Set and administer budgets, manage financials including payroll, receivable and payables• Supervise and assist with registration for various programs, monitor waitlists and enrollment• Ensure inclusive programs and equal access to funding• Maintain and create quality new programs to enrich member experience such as synchronized swimming, diving, and yoga for kids• Recruit, hire, train and oversee performance of staff, including performance reviews and appraisals• Plan, develop and implement meetings and training for all staff• Schedule staff and ensure proper safety ratios for programs• Inspect and maintain all emergency and safety supplies and equipment• Complete YMCA Canada audits to safeguard program quality and to ensure adherence to government standards and regulations• Create program schedules and guides, contracts and third party agreements• Work with various organizations such as St. Thomas-Elgin Ontario Works accessing program funding• Create special programming with community partners such as the London Lightning • Interact regularly with members, resolve escalated member concerns and complaints • Champion for Healthy Childhood Development for the branch• Maintain social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and electronic sign for the branch• Chair of the Aquatic Product Group which includes 5 facilities in Southwestern Ontario• Head National Membership Surveys, fundraising events, and focus groups
