JasperEcoTech is an exciting Joint Venture between EcoTech Light & Energy and Jasper Engines & Transmissions. I was part of the 3 member management team that oversaw the formation and growth of the company to over $2 Million dollars in annual sales. Operations were relocated to Jasper, IN in July of 2014 where Jasper Engines and its team have undertaken to grow the company even more with everything under one roof. My work here included overseeing all day to day operations. This included:- Global Supply Chain Management - Coordination of International Manufacturing and Import to the US - Inventory Control - Logistics Management - Systems Development - Customer Relationship Management- Sales Support/Training of a 40+ Member outside sales force - New Product Development - Continuous Improvement of all back end systems- Creating and Coordinating various teams inside and outside of our office to accomplish various goals

As one of the 3 co-founders of EcoTech Light & Energy, we launched the company and to 3 short years later engaged in a Joint Venture with Jasper Engines & Transmissions to form Jasper EcoTech. This joint venture is explained in greater detail above. During my time at EcoTech and then later at Jasper EcoTech, I assisted in all facets of the formation and organization of the company including accounting, procurement, sales, and marketing. I devised and continuously improved a project analysis tool that allowed a sales representative to perform a complete savings analysis for a customer illustrating the financial benefits of switching to a more energy efficient light source. The Joint Venture between Jasper Engines and EcoTech Light & Energy took place in September of 2011 and was fully operational in Q1 of 2012.

Working closely with the Ethics Officer and Commission, I researched and drafted proposed legislation relating to the integration of the Ethics Commission back into the Duval County charter. My work also included acting as the team leader on a project to create a nationwide database of city/county consolidated governments and their ethics structures. My team and I presented our findings and recommendations to various city counsel members, as well as members of the public during a duly noticed public meeting in the Mayors office.

I provided various services including brand development, marketing strategy, day to day operations, and business formation.Assisted in the formation of the 501(c)3 organization. Designed an implemented a marketing plan eventually leading to the website receiving over 10,000 hits in a 24 hour period within the Jacksonville, FL market.

As the only employee of the shop, I assisted in setting up and maintaing the inventory system, student and repair scheduling, and sales. I worked directly with the owner to help set up the shop early in the process and eventually left to attend college at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. I was also a guitar and bass instructor for the shop. I maintained a schedule of over 30 guitar and bass students of varying skill levels.
