Project Manager for a CIENA Vendor Managed Groom to migrate CenturyLink circuits (Wave and SONET) off of Huawei equipment, nationwide. Also working on the Verizon Account as a PM for 10X10G, FLEX MOTR and SFP additions in support of the Verizon ULH Program.

Tier II Optical NCC Technician responsible for customer trouble ticketing and repair in the US and Europe. When a customer reports a problem with their circuit (Wave 100G, 10G, 1G, Sonet OC192, OC48, OC12, OC3, DS3, DS1), I am responsible for diagnosing, isolating and dispatching technical resources. Responsible for locating and moving critical spares, if necessary. Responsible for timely customer updates on all outages and all administration of the trouble ticket. Responsible for the timely investigation and completion of customer requested RFO's (Reason for Outage). Familiar with multiple optical product platforms. Experience using Salesforce, XLR, Resolve, Metasolv, etc.

Premise Technician for COX video, data and voice solutions. Installation and troubleshooting.

I worked with the ASP Management Team supporting the AT&T TCAP Program. Primary responsibilities were tracking and reporting the daily AT&T Tower Crew Activity across all of California. Reports included the NOCAL and SOCAL Daily activity trackers, the daily snapshot, the site not in CAM or not delegated and the Prime Supplier Idle Time Tracker. I’ve completed the Tower Crew AT&T Training Modules as well as the annual Ask Yourself and Supplier Awareness Training. I also completed the RNAM Business Acumen Training in ITM.

I worked on the CORE Implementation Management Team. My accounts were Motorola, Motorola Public Safety, Verizon IOS, US Cellular, Cricket and Metro PCS. Responsibilities include MOP creation, budget tracking, staffing, technical assistance and problem solving for any day to day issues that might arise. I completed Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training.

I worked on the CORE Implementation Field Team as a Site Team Leader for all projects assigned. Responsibilities included MOP creation, equipment inventory and submission of shortage report, the quality physical installation of the solution engineered, management of all onsite Contractor personnel, all administrative duties (daily status, shift interrupt reports, time sheet approval, etc). I worked primarily on the DMS suite of equipment (MPDC, PDC, MS, ENET, LIMS, SPME) CDMA BSC equipment (BPD, DISCO, SBS and CBRS) performing initial installations, expansions and upgrades.

I was also part of the New Orleans Switch Recovery Team after Hurricane Katrina.

Operations Manager, WorldCom Optical Transport Account. Responsibilities included the personnel management of 24 Nortel Field Technicians and 24 B3 Contractors assigned to the WorldCom Optical Transport Account. Equipment installation included OC192 (Linear and Ring configurations), OC48, OC12 TBM, Nationwide and in Europe. I managed the Nortel members of the European Ulysses Rings Test and Integration Team. I’ve attended the following formal training courses: Site Team Leaders Training, Management Leadership Forum 1, Personal Effectiveness and Listening, OC192 and Optera LH Technical Training. I was also one of the SME's for an OC192 Training Video driven by Nortel Sales.

Field Tester for Nortel Optical products. My duties involved nationwide and overseas travel. I was primarily responsible for the commissioning and end to end testing of OC192, OC48, OC12 TBM, linear and ring systems. I also assisted in the writing of procedures and participated in complex reconfigurations (POP Moves, Ring Collapse, Ring Un-collapse and Upgrades).

I was responsible for service and sales on multiple accounts in North East Oklahoma. I worked on Sharp, Minolta and Ricoh products (Copiers, Facsimiles). Was Factory Certified on Minolta and Sharp Copier Machines.
