Using my knowledge of the approved documents I checked for contraventions and adherence to legislation and building regulations feeding back my advice and guidance to clients in a proactive communicative manner - via email, office and site meetings and by telephone. I carried out independent site visits, inspecting pertinent phases of projects, from foundations and ground floor make ups to structures, roofs and completion of works whilst completing site reports which included drawings/sketches and detailed descriptions.
