He is the Sector Leader for the Arcadis Local Government business, leading our multi-disciplinary consultancy work for local authorities across the UK.Richard's natural affinity toward positive relationships and passion for collaboration, mean he leads the business with partnership working at its core. He leverages his experience with local authorities, Homes England, private sector developers and affordable housing providers, to promote and facilitate successful public and private sector partnerships. He has previously led the Arcadis Homes England account, grown our Property business in South West England and built the Arcadis Global Excellence Centre whilst living in the Philippines.He is also a proud family man and property, running and nature enthusiast.
