Over his two decades in industry, Richard has led teams from 3-200 members and achieved targets in excess of $500M annual revenue.
As an operator, Richard has worked with Start-Ups, Start-Ins, Growth Stage, Post-IPO, and Enterprise level companies. In this capacity, Richard has demonstrated expertise in Product-Market Fit, ICP Identification, GTM Strategics, Direct and Indirect Sales, Talent Identification and Hiring, Sales Enablement, Sales Scaling, Marketing, Customer Success, and most importantly, Revenue delivery.As a cybersecurity expert, Richard has domain expertise across Network Security, Data Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Observability, Attack Surface Management, Security Operations, Incident Response, PKI/MFA/Post Quantum Encryption, IT/OT/IoT Security, Public-Private Collaboration, Fortune 500 cybersecurity, DoD/FED/CIV cybersecurity, FSI/GSI Partnerships, and MSP/MSSP operations.

Richard was the recipient of Lockheed Martin’s coveted “Leadership Excellence” award due to his team’s performance in helping to scale the Commercial Cybersecurity business unit from $0-120M in a 4-year period.
