Moving to The Green Man brought a different challenge, my main focus was to increase the usage of the function room "The Orchard Room" while maintaining the same great service standards expected of a West End pub. Created interactive digital and material marketing tools to distribute to the local area. Developed new networks to help drive the awareness of the business and the capability of the function room. Resulted in finishing the FY17/18 with sales of over £1m net, growth of nearly £200k since joining the business.

With high volumes of food for the size of the business, it was a different change of pace compared to the high energy venues I had experienced in the past.As my first appointment as a General Manager, The Castle had an AWT of £18k net it was a place to tailor my management skills and develop my first management team around me. The biggest event of the year is Notting Hill Carnival, an event that sees 2 million people descend on the area. This week stretched and developed my management skills as I was responsible for promoting in house events across the two days while keeping the guests and team in a safe environment. The sales record for that week still stands at £27,500.

Very high energy and events based.April 2013: The Prince Albert, Notting HillI went over to hold the business in the GM's absence for 4 weeks then went to become Assistant Manager for 4 months. Again very high energy but with a much more food focus.
