• 2017-2024: Hyland OnBase development. Using OnBase’s Advanced Capture OCR, developed over 30 templates to extract data from lender mortgagee change request forms. Process was enhanced with RegEx text pattern syntax and calling on past experience in graphic design and typography, to identify typeface quirks and workarounds. Over 90% accuracy in text recognition. Example: a 100 page form containing over 1000 line items changes that required data entry operators a week to key in was reduced to a 1 hour proofreading task.• Other OnBase projects: check approval payment procedure with workflow enhancements; also, email ingest of daily certification forms that automated a manual process and provided these forms to stakeholders daily instead of once a week.• 2015-2018: Sharepoint. Company’s antiquated Sharepoint sites had become heavily siloed with ad hoc, overlapping permissions. Re-architected using Sharepoint Online. Goals implemented: single-source-of-truth, bottom-up permission structure, social interaction tools, and 40+ smaller team sites managed by team owners. Overall benefit created a tool with meaning to each company employee which resulted in widespread acceptance and participation.• 2013-2015: UI Upgrade. The company’s Claims management software would only function in Internet Explorer version 8. Using HTML 5 and CSS LESS toolkit, was able to implement a device agnostic approach providing a modern, clean interface.
