As a private investor or advisor I have successfully founded, branded, invented products for, or provided strategic counsel to a large number of companies in a wide array of different industry sectors.I now also deliver my expertise and ideas to the broader market through the CARTER STRATEGY GROUP which provides innovative, actionable and powerful strategic and brand solutions to companies that have the culture and appetite for rapid growth. It sometimes draws upon the resources and experience of a select network of highly capable individuals I have chosen from associated commercial fields.

In 2014 I founded and named Honeycomb.TV. As head of strategy I identified the opportunity which led it to launch its suite of next-generation advertising delivery and workflow services in 14 countries, within a record-breaking period of 36 months. In December 2017 I oversaw the merger of Honeycomb.TV with Group IMD and then named the new entity Peach (www.peachvideo.com). Already handling almost half the world’s video advertising outside of the US it is now the fastest growing company in its sector. It operates in over 30 countries, is present on every continent and employs 250+ people. It is reinventing the way video media is managed, tracked, distributed and measured. I remain a significant shareholder and an advisor.

Adstream now delivers advertising which is watched by billions of people around the world. It has over 100,000 customers, has offices in 37 countries, operates in 45 languages and has over $100m in revenue.
