Following a degree in accountancy, my career took an unexpected and exciting turn into the interiors industry. During my university holidays, I worked with my uncle, a bathroom installer, to earn much-needed funds. I quickly fell in love with the work—meeting new people, transforming spaces, and leaving clients delighted with the results seemed like a brilliant job, and it truly was.My professional journey began at Hobson’s Choice, where I completed my fitting tutorship. Several years later, when the owner decided to retire, my wife and I seized the opportunity to acquire the business. At just 27 years old and with limited experience in business management, I was fortunate to have the support of an extraordinary team, many of whom had dedicated years of service to Hobson’s Choice, including several who now have over 40 years of tenure.Today, Hobson’s Choice stands as an industry leader in delivering exceptional design and uncompromised service.
