Richard's passion in the product development lifecycle centers around the value in product management. Through Richard's career in product, engineering and implementation of custom and enterprise software, he has learned firsthand the value of strong product management. Richard's ability to use his technical background to solve complex business problems, communication skills to effectively work cross-functionally with stakeholders, vendors, customers, engineering and others has allowed him to repeatedly drive success throughout his career. After spending time in many roles in product development, Richard has focused on product management where his skillset allows him to deliver the most value to the teams and products.
