Double majoring in Management and Marketing while maintaining a healthy commitment to serving in the community and striving to be a servant leader to students on and off-campus in hopes that I can inspire people. Having a strong work ethic and not veering from complex problems has made for an excellent combination of being a great employee and leader. Also, having that willingness to include people and relate to them is essential to becoming a leader. Striving to be a person that changes the status quo was a goal that was on full display when seeking a leadership role in my fraternity, helping instill a sense of consistency, pride, and ownership for being a part of the fraternity. Furthermore, having jobs while going to school has instilled a work ethic that constantly has pushed me to strive to prioritize what’s important and not.
