I was accountable for delivering a complete HR service including Employee Relations, TUPE, resourcing, policy design and training & development, as part of a matrix operational management structure with UK-wide multi-site coverage for commercial and health sector facilities management contracts. Responsible for a team of six and managing the personnel & training management function through a period of both change and substantial business growth. During this time I developed new training programmes for both internal & external client requirements and sourced additional external funding for recruitment and training via my established association with the Security Industry Training Organisation (SITO).
