Built and managed a cross-functional permanent staff team to generate and support rapid growth. Promoted recruitment, coached junior and senior leaders, and shaped company culture to balance growth and stability. Achieved manning targets years before projections.• Analysed and transformed the operating environment from hostile to permissive through positive engagement with local actors. Identified key stakeholders, negotiated with hostile actors, created new connections and communicated a vision of local co-operation to align project goals with the business community. This enabled the company to overcome significant resource shortfalls during its initial growth stages.• Negotiated with local external organisations to deliver novel training on non-military property, virtually eliminating transport costs and enabling activities previously considered impossible by other companies. Harnessed local and internal media to generate event publicity and drive recruitment. Recognised twice in major military publications.• Oversaw multiple large scale training events simultaneously, from inception to post-delivery. Managed complex stakeholder networks to maintain support from senior management and co-ordinate various external and internal agencies. Collaboratively designed events to balance efficiency with strategic alignment. Assembled, led and dissolved diverse project teams to successfully execute each event in line with objectives. Show less
