As a member of the Information Technology office at UMass Lowell, my team provides campus project and change management services around UMass System administered solutions including Oracle/PeopleSoft ERPs for Human Resources, Campus Solutions and Finance; Oracle Business Intelligence; Oracle Identity & Access Management; and ImageNow. My department also supports a number of auxiliary applications including Kronos, Resource25, TeamDynamix, EchoSign, Docusign, and Medicat.I am a member of various governance groups which support technology solutions across UMass. This includes Campus Project Managers; IdM Steering Committee; PeopleSoft Student Cabinet & Council.

Responsible for the creation, management and development of the IT Projects office. This office was orginally established to assist UML with the implementation and management of PeopleSoft applications for Human Resources, Financials, and Student Administration. The mission of the office is to:+Provide leadership in maximization of the University’s technology investments+Assist offices to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies while supporting existing technologies+Promoting best practices and processes+Facilitating collaboration on technology related initiatives at both the campus and system levels

Performed traditional human resource related functions to support the operations of the office. Later transitioned into more of a technology role whereby, I was a core team member and leader forr the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS 7.5 for the UMass system. My role was both as a campus lead and also the Benefits Module lead for the UMass system.
