Moved from a Convenience store to a Supermarket. Increased my skills within the company, larger stock checks and cleaning rotas and working warehouse bringing in deliverys and using pallet lifts.

As a Customer Service Assitant, it's my job to help customers have the best shopping experience possible; by helping them locate the products they need, making them feel welcome whilst serving them at the checkout and having them leave with everything they came in for.

Currently Volunteering with the Mind Charity. Helping with: Woking the till/cash register on the shop floor, sorting donations, stock rotation, visual merchandising and customer support. This position has increased my ability to work independently and use my own initiative to complete tasks.

Short ContractClass Fundraising is a company that specialises in creating gifts and products that can be sold at schools all over the country to help raise funds for better education. My main duties were to scan and organise school children's designs on to the computer, before digitally editing them in photoshop to fit the required dimensions for printing. Alongside these tasks I also helped out in the warehouse, applying designs to mugs, packing and logging deliveries using a DPD system. I learned how to be professional and ethical when dealing with individual clients and working to targets

I was approached to help shoot and edit a music video for Hartlepool based rock band Four Colour Ghosts for their 1st album launch.We worked alongside the bands manager and director closely throughout the whole process. I used my skills and knowledge of the Adobe Suite to produce a video that the whole band was proud of.

While Studying at CCAD Hartlepool, I was given the opportunity to shoot and edit a documentary that was in association with Hartlepool Borough Council.
