Dynamic Water Solutions and RC Diversity have signed an agreement to work together on the business development of the controlled dynamic cavitation (CDC) systems. RC Diversity will go actively in the market to increase to get new business. The CDC system mechanically disinfects water inside cooling towers without the use of chemicals. As a business development manager I support and try to grow the existing business and I find and develop new business in the field of air filtration and purification.

I am responsible for all sales and marketing activities worldwide for the entire division, active in the oil and gas market and the industrial process market having 19 people reporting to me. I am handling some global accounts in the USA direct and I am setting up business in Russia through the local Parker office. I am involved in the integration of sales and marketing in the Parker Hannifin sales organization.

I have restructured the sales team into an efficient team with individual sales targets. After this we had a more focussed market approach than before.I have integrated Twin Process Filtration (formerly Sparkler Europe), in headquarters in Zaandam.With the management team we have prepared the organisation for the acquisition into Parker Hannifin.

I have developed and implemented the air purification guidelines for the Museum and Archive world. We have supplied all air purification systems to the state archives in the Netherlands.
