Currently working in Local Government for West Northamptonshire Council in the Business Intelligence & Population Insights department, providing expert very high-level technical skills and complex analytical skills to support and inform all directorate areas and internal and external partnerships ensuring that the councils and Local Government strategic programmes of work are delivered, including leading and developing relevant strategic joint needs assessments (JSNA) as required by the local authority.I lead a multi-functional analytical team to ensure that analytical and data requirements across various council services and partnership functions such as Educaton, SEND (including leading the West Northants data requirements for the SEND improvement programme across the local area partnership), Public Health, Adult Social Care and Place services.I have significant experience in performance and project management with a track record of delivery of short and long term projects, which can demonstrate measurable improvement in service delivery or function.I pride myself being a family man first and foremost and using this experience to be a professional, hard-working individual with excellent relationship & communication skills and able to support organisations in developing services, providing constructive challenge where necessary.
