ECOPlastics Recycling Ltd is the UK's leading re-processor of recyclable materials. We currently operate Europe’s largest and most technically advanced mixed plastic bottle sorting facility. The company was re-branded and stream lined the company closed many sites.I was asked to move to North Scarle our flagship of the company which I did and until Dec of 2009 worked as an Operations coordinator / Planner my roles were numerous and included  Weekly / Daily ordering. Planning satellite packing schedules and packing briefs. Cross packing between our packing centres  Buying and selling egg externally and internally within the business  Moving packing programmes around reducing cost into depots and stores Analyse back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.  Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives

Dean’s foods (now Noble Foods Ltd) I worked my way up from pack to machine through every department as team leader, senior operative to Production controller.I reported to the production and factory manager directly.Brief description of my roles and duties are Balancing the intake and sales of egg so to minimise waste within the factory. Giving support to the production manager.  Collating and analysing production statistics. Appraisals and disciplines.
