We lead with consultancy supported by market leading thought leadership.I've lead C&ES from its inception, driven two strategic reviews and seen the team grow from four in 2011 to ninety in 2014. We recruited some of the most experienced and exciting talent in the employee benefits space in order to deliver an innovative approach to the market. It's been a huge challenge but very enjoyable and confirmed my thoughts around what makes a good business leader.
