I grew social channels to 30+mm followers with 200+mm video views a month.As the co-founder of the modern Gracenote, I transformed a legacy data business into the world's largest provider of entertainment search and discovery services, with majority share in the top media markets in the world. International operations at Gracenote were mine to build and scale on four continents. I managed over 1000 people across 20 locations, and ultimately grew non-US revenue from less than 10% to more than 40% of total revenue. I have found digital extensions for legacy media brands like TV Guide Magazine, where the website became the largest independent entertainment property (with ultimately a bigger reach than the print publication). The co-branded video production between Yahoo! Celebrity and CBS's The Insider was the number-one entertainment web video series, with over 20mm monthly views. I'm now leading a digital transformation at the world's largest music company, rearchitecting and upgrading the platforms by which fans engage with our artists. The DTC segment is the fastest growing business at UMG, with 40% YOY revenue increases.As a seasoned C-level executive with sales, operations and M&A expertise, I have cultivated deep relationships across the internet, media and cable landscapes.
