I'm a craftsman of how we work together to get things done - first a practitioner and then spending years obsessively working to build and refine the tools and approaches that can transform how we work for the better.Clients come to me for: leadership programs, strengthening teams, organisational/cultural development.I'm interested in de-jargoning and engaging with: collaboration, change, complexity, uncertainty, meetings, agency, relationships, leadership, culture. It all started with 7 years as an R&D scientist before a decade as an innovation/change consultant. I racked up over 75 projects in over 25 countries - seeing meaningful impact in China/EU/US/Brazil as well as my fair share of flunks. Then after a few years drifting around I saw a coherent and elegant way of seeing how people gather to get things done. And so The Let's Go Model was born in 2016. Then came the hard work of building a team and seeing how to make this work in real world situations: projects, teams, meetings, organisations. For the last few years its been my privilege to build a global community of accredited practitioners. About 40 so far and we are just getting started: www.letsgo.so/practitionerI also stay sharp as a practitioner - supporting senior leaders to lead meaningfully at the interface of strategy (choices and priorities), vision (where you are headed), purpose/mission (what you fight for), brand (framing/differentiation), opportunities/innovation (tangible projects/changes), and culture/values (behaviours/ways of working).
