As Group Chief Operating Officer I am responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring that all departments are working efficiently towards achieving the company's strategic goals. Working closely with Tavira's Senior Leadership team I am focused on optimising processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure we maintain the entrepreneurial spirit the firm was built upon. I am committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding business objectives. In my expanded role I continue to lead our Asset Management business offering.

Tavira Asset Management offers investment teams an institutional partner to bring their investment strategy to market using a tried and tested formula that enables them to focus on delivering investment returns whilst Tavira take care of the operational burden of running a standalone fund management business. Within my role I provide operational and risk leadership to the Tavira UCITS and Offshore Fund range as well as a number of dedicated SMAs covering strategies including European & Global Event Driven, US Equity Long Short and Global Equities with an ESG focus.

Following the merger of MontLake, MDO and DMS in November 2020, I took on the role of Global Head of Product. In March 2021 the combined entities rebranded to Waystone. At Waystone I was responsible for the development of the global product suite working collaboratively with different departments and senior management across a diverse skillset covering operational and strategic management, global client solutions, business development and corporate acquisitions.

Chief Operating Officer and Head of MontLake’s Fund Solutions business which encapsulates MontLake Platforms, UCITS Man Co and AIFM services, Global Distribution Services and Risk Solutions.

Advising the alternative asset management industry on a variety corporate governance issues post the 2008 crisis.

Chief Operating Officer for the LiquidFunds Managed Account Platform. Responsibilities included Risk Management, Vendor Management, Fund On-boarding, Finance and Operations oversight, Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence.

Member of the Global Fund Derivatives Team. I was involved in the launch of a new generation of managed account platform which was specifically designed to create funds to serve as underlying assets for structured products. Responsibilities included the Selection of Third Party Service Provider for the platform, Management of the New Product Approval Process internally within the Bank, Creation of Platform Documentation and worked closely with Corporate Communications on the development of the brand.

Managed the Operations Group which supported the Proprietary Hedge Fund Strategies Group. Strategies Supported: Long Short Equity, Equity Market Neutral, Distressed, Merger Arbitrage, Convertible Arbitrage, Global Macro

Responsible for all aspects of vendor management; covering commercial management, cost management, vendor performance monitoring and management reporting.In addition, I also acted a project manager and was responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring business requirement definition and documentation, project tracking and control, design review and approval, testing, implementation and management reporting.
