Revenues grew from $118m in 2020 to $255m in 2024, a 21% CAGR. • Recruited as CFO to take DH public and help it scale to $1B or more. Led successful IPO, secondary offering, and multiple financings to reach a $5B valuation. • Responsible for Finance (e.g., Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Controls, Financial Operations, Payroll, and Procurement), Revenue Operations, Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, and ESG reporting teams totaling 60 people. • Illustrative accomplishments:o Created missing functions (e.g., Tax, SEC reporting, Interest Rate Hedging, Internal Controls, Procurement, and ESG reporting).o Recruited, grew, and maintained a world-class finance team with low turnover and an 18% higher morale score than the company average. Extended this approach to stabilize Legal, Revenue Operations, and IT when they needed leadership.o Supported diligence and deal structuring on three acquisitions, including earnout structures, performance awards, working capital negotiations, and escrow arrangements. Integrated each within 90 days from a G&A perspective. o Saved over $20 million in non-labor costs through contract negotiations, facilities consolidation, interest rate hedging, IT consolidation, M&A working capital negotiations, sales tax VDAs, and income tax planning. o Drove a 51% finance productivity increase with existing systems and limited investment.o Built out the first offshore G&A shared service center without layoffs by proactively planning for volume and cross-training and upskilling staff.o Established and managed complex Up-C tax structure and associated TRA, creating more than a billion dollars of potential tax deductions.o Established ESG reporting, moving DH to the top decile of ISS ESG rankings
