About Richard D'Cruze

When companies are looking to expand their customer base, via online sales, marketplaces or through wholesalers/distributors; being able to support them through the journey is extremely satisfying. The growth of Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) sales has been on the horizon for many years and seen as “something” to aspire to for many companies. However, we have jumped forward extremely quickly, and some say, 5 years growth has occurred in just 18 months.
