This after the platform was struck by Hurricane Katrine.Project was completed within timelines and technically it was a great succes.

I represent procurement, in the steering committee “project management” and was not only responsible for process improvements, efficiency and financial savings, but I was also accountable for the success that the procurement department fully passed the ISO audit. Main success is that >80% of all projects have early procurement involvement. Early involvements result in more efficiency and cost reductions in procurement process and also against minimal risks.
