Throughout the last two decades as a systems engineer, project manager, and team leader I have had the privilege of a multi-faceted professional experience. This exposure has provided me with the opportunity to integrate a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset on my relentless pursuit of innovation. While this journey has expanded my knowledge in many aspects of the field, I specialize in managing the integration, maintenance, and support a range of computer and network hardware and software. Furthermore. I have designed and integrated on and off premise solutions from network overhauls to cloud and SAAS implementations in both large and small organizations. I’ve been able to lead a fourteen person team supporting 2500 end points, managed acquisition integrations, became a Mac enterprise specialist, and have supported a vast range of Microsoft server environments. In addition, I have provided advanced PC and Apple computer support for corporations, non-profits, and end users.As a technical leader, I effectively combine technical skills with operations management and promote a culture focused on empowerment, support and accountability. I have proven to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges and consistently apply a test-and-learn approach to deliver value in order to validate company resiliency. Furthermore, I am a personable critical thinker and consistently deliver quality results within fast-paced and complex environments.
