• Manage the Continuity program including, plans, procedures and appropriate response for the efficient operation of NARA in an emergency, and review and recommend changes to Occupant Emergency Plans with facilities management division. • Supervise and provide oversight of work that involves the coordination of emergency mitigation, response, recovery and preparedness training and exercises and engages all internal and external stakeholders• Review and provide guidance to Presidential libraries, archives and records centers for adherence to emergency management requirements and continuity requirements.• Supervise the Emergency Management Branch staff and manage Branch operations, projects, and initiatives. • Oversee the proper administration to include forecasting budgetary requirements.

My training work over these 13 years included:CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS (COOP)Developed annual training tailored to the different COOP roles (Emergency Relocation Group members, Devolution). Developed all-staff training to be included in the NARA-wide annual all-staff course.Together with other key NARA staff, developed and delivered NARA’s Reconstitution Training to FEMA’s annual Reconstitution Summit for Executive Agencies. SAFETYCreated a course on how NARA staff should handle hostile customers.Designed annual all-staff safety training.HOLDINGS PROTECTION In 2010, selected for a new position to create and deliver training for all NARA staff to support a new Holdings Protection initiative to better protect all materials held by NARA.Training involved both training and facilitating cultural change from existing practice. Created all-new classroom, e-learning courses, and webinar courses on security issues for over 3,000 staff, volunteers, and contractors. Created train-the-trainer curriculum and recruited and trained instructors from across NARA units to deliver the training.Created and produce in-house instructional videos.OTHER COURSES: Have developed training for specific NARA needs through the years, including Climate Change training for all staff, COVID Safety Handbook, plain language, support for Research Services to assist in developing courses and materials for the Archives Technician Development Program (ATDP), support Human Resources (HL) on improving supervisory training. Chaired Employee Engagement Committee for Business Support Services, 2013-2018.

Spearheaded the development of first Risk Learning and Development Program, serving over 3,000 global GE employees from analyst to vice president. Developed strategic plan and budget to launch function. Ensured execution/delivery of the curriculum.•Conducted needs assessments and created professional development curriculum, rationalizing over 100 courses down to 25 Risk live and e-learning programs to meet diverse needs of various business units. Managed external trainers to ensure quality. Improved employee satisfaction with the courses by 40%. •Created multidisciplinary team to develop Risk function competency model and coaching guide. Integrated it into comprehensive development planning process including development guides, coaching for managers, and assessments, which should result in broadening of skills sets and unifying business units approach to customers and enhance employee development.•Pioneered design and implementation of a an 11-day training program for new global Enterprise Sales Group, (100 sales and risk executives), resulting in alignment of sales and risk employees in their approach to serving the financial needs of 1500 top-tier clients. Training contributed to giving the business a competitive advantage marketing to these clients.•Worked with Global Restructuring Solutions Group, successfully addressing problem loan and lease accounts.

Managed a $50 million problem loan portfolio to eight borrowers in the healthcare industry. Generated over $1.3 million in fee income and reversed $1.5 million in loan reserves. Developed and negotiated restructuring strategies with borrowers. Partnered with legal staff on liquidations and bankruptcies.
