Leading the Strategy and Planning team for EU. Leading the UK arm of the eBay Partner Network (ePN) team alongside the other ePN market leads, to help manage the team, maintain, grow and optimise our partners and affiliates (PLA, loyalty, content, software, tools, coupon, cashback, comparison etc), across various categories and verticals (Home & Garden, Fashion, Tech etc). Aligning with our internal marketing, trading and finance teams to ensure that ePN is an integral part of the business, working towards company goals (including Customer retention and revenue growth) together with pacing against quarterly budgets as required. Won 'Best managed affiliate programme' at the 2021 Performance Marketing Awards.In addition, also leading the App Pre-Install relationships across EMEA, with our OEM and Mobile Network Partners.

Leading Partner Marketing across Europe for agoda.com. Generating bookings via various channels including Loyalty (AVIOS), Banks (HSBC), Affiliate Networks (Awin, CJ, TradeTracker) and also direct B2B integration partners and wholesalers.

Managing the UK based publisher/partner team to work in partnership with Global key kids content brands/sites/apps for our advertiser display campaigns - across desktop/mobile to ensure efficiently run campaigns globally with key focus on US, UK and ASEAN activity.

Overseeing the Publisher activity for CJ UK whilst also working alongside the US and EU teams to create the best possible service, agreements, products and tools to use with our publisher partners to ensure the success of our CJ affiliate activity

Managed and led the affiliate & lead generation team across various clients including Post Office, BP, Amex, Jaguar, Mazda and HSBC. Working closely with the Paid Search and Display teams to develop best in class campaigns. Regular education pieces internally to keep the affiliate agenda front of mind, as well as sitting on the IAB affiliate council. Led the team to 2 Performance marketing awards for our work on Post Office.
