Condor Data offers litigation support services which include electronic discovery processing and consulting, as well as litigation document coding, to the legal community. We also offer data management and data entry services to the business community. In addition, Condor Data creates software solutions for the legal industry in the areas of contract review, trial exhibit generation, and litigation support.

Managed the development of litigation databases and images from paper and electronic files; ran in-house electronic discovery processing using eScan-IT; processed trial exhibits using Exhibit Generator software application; advised attorneys in the process of electronic discovery according to the rules of court; trained attorneys and paralegals in the use of Concordance databases for litigation document review; evaluated and hired the services of litigation support companies.

At SVI, I developed and managed the Litigation Support Department. I hired, trained and managed SVI's litigation support staff. The staff performed document coding for law firms in the United States.Worked with SVI software engineers to develop a highly sophisticated document coding application that enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of our document coders.

Based in Manila, Philippines, I managed offshore subcontractors performing litigation document coding projects. In two years, we coded 30 million pages of litigation documents. We often had more than 20 coding projects running concurrently. We had a staff of 400 document coders per shift, often running 3 shifts totaling 1,200 coders. I managed project development, training, scheduling, and quality control.

Managed the litigation support department; developed department by introducing Concordance and Doculex as the database and image viewing tools; migrated Word Perfect document indexes to Concordance; negotiated and contracted with vendors for scanning and coding of discovery documents; advised staff regarding best practices in the use of computer applications for discovery and document review; trained staff paralegals and attorneys in the use of Concordance and Doculex.

Designed and maintained databases in Concordance for various litigations at Arco Oil Legal Department; interfaced with coding vendors and supervised the quality of their work; maintained document control databases in Microsoft Access; converted data from FolioViews to Concordance.
