The company was sold in a strategic exit to BAE/SilverSky in 2020.

Mr. Dobrow lead the company's entry into global markets beginning in 2006 with establishment of operations in India and in 2008 into the Philippines. During Mr. Dobrow's tenure with Perimeter, he has executed a strategic vision which yielded a 600% increase in revenue and a 1000% increase in profitability. Mr. Dobrow lead Perimeter through the purchase and integration of 7 companies over the past 5 years. In October of 2000, Mr. Dobrow formed Guarded Network, Inc (GNI). Over a 4 year period, GNI became the leading Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) in the Financial Services Vertical. As Founder and CEO, Mr. Dobrow lead the company through 4 years of activity culminating in a successful exit valued at more than $25 Million. After 4 years of activity GNI was serving more than 1200 clients in 20 countries, including more than 300 Banks and Credit Unions making it one of the largest MSSPs of its time. GNI had also established its "Bordershield" software platform as a market leading compliance product used by hundreds of banking and medical organizations to help meet their growing information security requirements.

Served as an instructor in information security classes in the Masters of Decision Sciences program within the School of Business. Aided the University in establishing information security related curriculum within its academic programs.

At Arthur Andersen, Mr. Dobrow established and led the Information Security competence team. This team provided consulting services aimed at identifying and managing risk associated with information systems and the use of technology throughout client organizations. Mr. Dobrow also acted as an intermediary between client organizations and the various oversight organzations of the FFIEC including the Federal Reserve Bank, FDIC, OCC, OTS an NCUA.

As a CPA and CISA at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Dobrow managed audit teams on engagements to assess the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls supporting the organizations information systems utilized in operations and financial reporting. The clients served included a broad range of industries such as automotive, financial services, manufacturing, aircraft and hospitaity.
