Here, we were able to leverage my network across the Consulting sector to deliver business transformation and change projects x-sector. Founder and leader of Rees Draper Wright, a specialist international executive search firm that focuses exclusively on the placement of senior professionals within world-class organisations. I led the growth of the business from our offices in London, building a world-class team of consultants servicing clients across the globe. We built upon this success by opening our offices in New York in 2014. Having enjoyed great success in our initial 14 years, I sold the business to InterQuest Group in August 2016 to realise shareholder value and join InterQuest's wider trading platform. This move created an excellent opportunity to join the Board of a large portfolio recruitment business with service offerings encompassing outsourcing, contingent permanent, contract and consulting, delivered into a wide variety of market sectors. RDW slotted in neatly as the search business within the group and we enabled InterQuest to make their first moves into international markets - it was a very successful partnership. The following years saw RDW further leverage the InterQuest platform by building new teams focussing on HR, Technology and Interim, plus we added new propositions including search as a managed service and a successful leadership assessment and onboarding capability.
