Over the course of his life, Richard Dulberg has worked to provide support to those in need, both through his professional and volunteer efforts. Richard Dulberg has twice worked for facilities that are devoted to the care of individuals who are faced with educational, mental, or developmental disabilities. His first such position was with Baker Victory Services as a Mental Health Specialist. In this capacity, Mr. Dulberg worked with children and teenagers for whom he provided support, counseling, and individual treatment plans. Over the course of his two years with the company, Mr. Dulberg became expert at dealing with crisis situations. He later worked with the Federation of Organizations’ Pilgrim Psychiatric Center as a Rehabilitation Associate. This residential facility houses adults who are coping with mental illness and disability.Much of Mr. Dulberg’s support for others comes through his volunteer work. Since 1990, Mr. Dulberg has been working with North Shore University’s Long Island Jewish Medical Center as part of its Reach Out for Hospital Youth program, which was formed to provide support to children who suffer from ulcerative colitis. He also supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mr. Dulberg has worked with Middle Earth, a suicide prevention hotline that is based in Bellmore, New York. In addition to all of this, Mr. Dulberg finds time to lend a hand in soup kitchens and assist with food drives.Currently, Mr. Dulberg serves as an Executive Assistant for S & C Analysis, a Bellmore-based auditing service. In the past he has worked as a Payroll Specialist for Randstad North America and as a Human Resources Associate for Bob’s Stores, Inc.In his spare time, Richard Dulberg enjoys traveling to historical sites throughout New York, writing poetry, and being around his three–year-old twin nephews.
