Skills and responsibilities:- Handle escalated issues over the telephone and in writing, from customers and agent partners and investigate in liaison with Centre and programme staff.- Understanding of the customer’s situation, whilst also representing the company position, using excellent negotiation and conflict management skills to resolve complex queries and complaints.- Developed strong written skills to compose email responses based on each specific situation. - Conduct fair and thorough investigations together with Centre staff, to find a satisfactory resolution for each customer.- Ensure all complaints are acknowledged, responded to and resolved within pre-arranged service levels and time-frames and customers are kept up to date throughout the service recovery process.- Provide detailed summaries of service recovery issues for operational meetings including trends and ‘lessons learnt’ to improve service standards.- Look for opportunities to identify on-going trends and suggest proactive action to eliminate repeat issues in order to improve our overall customer experience.- Ensure all EC policies and procedures relating to service recovery are followed, adhered to and documented.- Input into any updates to EC’s Service Recovery Policy and Procedures as and when required.
