I studied electronics in high school which began my passion in this field. I served my country with the U.S. Army where I furthered my training in electronics repairing military computer systems, radio and field telecommunication equipment. Since completing my education with vocational school as well as the U.S. Army I have held a position as an electronics technician for 22 years.My focus is on quality workmanship and expediting the product to the consumer in a timely manner. On an average month I am directly responsible for creating and shipping roughly $100,000 - $150,000 in products for my current employer. Also I commit every year to continuous improvement events to make products more efficiently as well as maintaining and/or upgrading quality through process improvements.Pride with attention to detail is important to me and what I work on matters in keeping the worlds power systems in great functioning condition.I have on numerous occasions assisted with customer presentation visits and audits to show exactly what my processes are and what testing standards are used in the various products I assemble and test for my current employer. I am also instrumental in helping customer service representatives answer key questions asked by current as well as potential customers to help them understand any unknown details about the products I produce so they can make informed decisions about the operation and proper use of all the products I create. I have also created some test fixtures used currently to test our products on the manufacturing floor as well as testing kits that customers can use to verify products made by my company. I have been instrumental in creating processes for assembling new innovations designed by my current employer as well.
