I am a career-changer with a background in strategy consulting now working in the behavioral health field as a psychotherapist. I help my therapy clients identify their important values and goals and encourage them to take action to move in the direction of fulfilling relationships and lives. Drawing on advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients develop skills and mindsets to more effectively cope with stressors they are experiencing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured psychotherapy shown to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.In my previous role at UChicago Medicine, I helped manage a multi-site, multi-year Merck Foundation research program aimed at identifying impacts of addressing social determinants of health among people living with diabetes (Bridging the Gap: Reducing Disparities in Diabetes Care).As a strategy consultant, I helped corporate clients identify their customers' needs; develop products, services, and experiences to address them; and effectively communicate the value they provided. I specialized in customer insights and analytics based on quantitative and qualitative research, as well as analytics of massive datasets.
