Led "Concurrent Engineering" and "DFM" (Design for Manufacturability) efforts on a new family of digitizing oscilloscopes. Invented and implemented new methods and processes related to CRT manufacturing.I was fortunate enough to meet both Dave Packard and Bill Hewlett during my tenure. I strive to emulate their management philosophy to this day.IBM - Charlotte, NCBack when IBM still developed hardware, I worked on the design of printers. One project, the ProPrinter, was designed exclusively for robotic assembly, pioneered the field of "DFA" (Design for Assembly), and became the basis of spinoff called "Lexmark" .
