• Improved the quality of commodities delivered to schools by conducting random checks and tests on arrival at school stores
• Reduced food mismanagement by 99% through conducting regular compliance commodity Stock counts in warehouses across all schools of operation in Katakwi and Amuria districts.

• Trained 7 distribution clerks and 5 support staff on aspects of food distribution including inventory management.
• 99% accuracy in actual ration size dispensation to recipients and reporting at the FDP through on site distribution monitoring
• Monitored the impact of supplementary rations upon PLWHA and their family nutritional status at baseline, mid - term and end of project.
• Enforced valuable food aid use by recipients through monthly cooking demos and random home visits

• Coordinated and directed food distribution activities in Kotido district by designing and dissemination of monthly distribution plan to partners and the district
• Accounted for commodities distributed in the field by Verifying daily field distribution reports thus accurate and timely reporting to the supervisors and WFP
• Reduced complaint-feedback turnaround time by setting up a one stop complaints desk with beneficiary data at all FDPs
• Upheld children's` rights during distributions by discouraging them from offloading or carrying food and designation of play areas
• Carried out appraisal and mentorship of food monitors and volunteers
• Designed hygiene, sanitation and nutrition information materials, disseminated to the community during food distributions leading to improved hygiene and feeding habits of beneficiaries.
