Sugden & Gee is a small consultancy providing reliable and responsive engineering, management and market development services to a select group of clients. We focus on providing a premium service by taking ownership of the project delivery, developing a deep understanding of the issues, having relationships based on mutual trust and matching our skills.

As a volunteer executive board member, I worked passionately to continue the Olympic movement in Tasmania, including inspiring the next generation of Tasmanian Olympians, celebrating our history and fundraising for the stars of today while they get on with training hard. This then progressed to the role of Executive Officer for a year.

Oversaw the operational components of the world game in Tasmania and delivered the strategic plan. Stakeholder management was a key component, including with the board, staff, clubs, media, FFA, players, coaches and various levels of government. During my time at FFT I restructured the technical and game development department, opened new media platforms.

Organise many athletics events, including Cadbury Marathon, Briggs Athletics Classic, IAAF Race Walking Challenge and more. Handle media, marketing and sponsorship components of athletics in Tasmania and play a major role in the development of the sport also.

Initially employed as a Development Officer, I moved into the Development and Marketing Coordinator role. Then in 2011 I went part time, to share the Running Australia position. In 2012, I moved to the Media/Sponsorship Manager.Under this partnership, I'm also the Race Director of the Cadbury Marathon.
