With over 35 years international trade experience, I am a seasoned and customer-focused export growth adviser at the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). I work with companies to develop sustainable and profitable export strategies and help them access export opportunities and build partnerships in overseas markets. My focus sectors are life sciences, medical devices and biotechnology, but I also cover other industry sectors.As an export growth adviser, I use my expertise in matters of global trade compliance, export diagnostics, market selection, digital strategies, and value proposition development to mentor and coach businesses with international ambition. I also provide access to international business support grants and UK Export Finance. My mission is to enable businesses to grow internationally and drive export values for the UK economy. I am a member of The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, and hold a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Management from the University of South Wales. I speak German and Greek as foreign languages.
