Release 7.5 was made in February 2017 with over 30 Berkley companies now utilizing this system. • Leading the BTS PATS Upgrade Project to generate requirements and cost impact study in developing the MVP (minimum viable product). This will upgrade the technology to use SQL server and significantly upgrade performance characteristics. • Implemented integrated field audit software which provided company auditors with remote field inventory management, field audit entry and route mapping. This subsystem synchronizes with the PAT system and each system mirrors the other. W. R. Berkley currently has 10 companies using this premium audit field software.• Currently working with W. R. Berkley’s Technical Services Division to assure proper application of worker’s compensation, general liability and auto dealer rating algorithms with the policy issuance system (PolicyStar). Involved in establishing RFP (request for projects) guidelines as well as cost impact study.• Supervise a staff of 2 field auditors, 1 dispute resolution representative and 3 audit technicians. Also, manage activities of 9 contract fee companies. Manage a budget in excess of $1.5 million dollars.
