Job Duties / Achievements:• Responsible for the full account management process from planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring sales and conservation programs to ensure the attainment of services offered.• Conduct necessary market research activities and develops business plans and marketing strategies.• Develop new channels of distribution• Conduct demonstration training and services presentations• Direct and control overall activities of the marketing group• Maintain constant communication &/or relationship with clients as part of continued service as well as to potentially grow existing accounts

• Recruiting talents for job orders assigned by the Resource Officer Level 2;• Managing recruited talents and maintaining efficient coordination with them;• Scheduling talents for interviews and accompanying them to the client when the need arises;• Building a network of good and marketable talents• Working on telemarketing and other campaigns to recruit more talents;• Completing daily/weekly log of all activities• Properly coordinating with other sales or marketing personnel to work out the best methods of recruiting talents;• Sharing ideas and other new information in the market that directly or indirectly affects the Company's sales performance and productivity;• Reporting directly to employer’s necessary information that directly affects recruitment performance;• Participating actively in recruitment activities set by the company;• Cooperating with employer and co-workers in achieving company target and• Learning and using e-business technology.
