No specific responsibility at the institution, but I am the person who inspired the founders of the college. My “duties” are: recording videos about the college for prospective students, being present at some social events in Brazil, the USA and other countries, and providing consulting services to the Executive Board.

Primarily a graduate professor in the MBA program. Former chair of faculty assembly, former president of the faculty senate and member of the executive committee of the senate. Former chair of the Educational Effectiveness Committee of the university. Former chair of undergraduate business programs and former (as of January 1, 2015) director of MBA programs. Facilitated the university's strategic planning process July 2011 - May 2013..

Taught courses for several campuses, including Sacramento and Singapore. Topics included undergraduate and graduate business ethics, undergraduate and graduate entrepreneurship, undergraduate and graduate strategic management, organization theory and behavior, leadership, and current issues in management.

Company develops technologies to save water, monitor vegetation growth, predict growth, identify dying trees, investigate bark and disease infestation, monitor power lines and equipment, and provide early warning of fires.

Interim coordinator for English speaking students in the Coordinator of Ministries Formation Program (CMFP) for the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Bernardino. Developed syllabus, and coursework and teach sessions and courses. Since January 2018 part-time instructor.

Part of a team that was purchasing control of a $6 million annual revenue entrepreneurial company; objective was to add discipline, cost controls and computer systems and grow it to merge with a $12 million annual revenue company. Ultimately the seller/entrepreneur declined the purchase and I withdrew.

Business Development. Vice President responsible for strategic planning, business development, program management, customer support, and engineering for a $25 million company. Generated profit for each of the first two years of a new company. Revitalized the foreign and domestic marketing networks. Instilled discipline to a lax engineering department. Saved $3.5 million in new business orders by enlisting the aid of local Congressional Representative to thwart an ill-advised U. S. Government decision to give away our products to the foreign customer.As Director of Business Development and Programs responsible for Business Development in three of four product areas, and for Program Management in two of four areas in a $50 million company. Cut losses in several areas, bringing company from a loss position to full profitability for the first time in six years. Part of executive team that spearheaded sale of the company to British competitor.As a Director of Program Management responsible for more than 60% of revenues for $50 million company. Performed strategic planning, business development, and program management. Cut losses, increased profits, focused the strategic planning, and initiated development of a revolutionary new system for aerial refueling.
