Facilitated the creation a BAME Allies Group made up of 400 white colleague members, with the aim of supporting the BAME Network agenda through displaying effective allyship.Influenced the Department's Return to Office policy to ensure BAME staff were categorised as a 'vulnerable' group, thus receiving added protection from returning to the office space while the COVID-19 vaccine is in development.
