As the Managing Director of One IT Support, providing leadership is an aspect of my career I take great pride in.Spending the early part of my career working for General Electric, I quickly learned the right skills and attributes I needed to fix IT problems efficiently within the north east. After heading to university to study I moved ahead to set up my own IT services and solutions business, One IT Support.My roles span from aiding in high level business negotiations, meeting with new clients and resolving company issues. I am very fortunate to have a hardworking and positive attitude from my team, which is great for helping clients and working directly on the company. Dedication from the workforce is key. In the six years of business at One IT Support, I have seen the company growth substantially with a sharp four-year increase in growth since 2013 by 78%. I take great pride in being able to tell companies and new customers that I haven’t lost a client in six years. One IT Support is my future until I plan to retire. As myself and the company heads into its seventh year of trade, I aim to treble our work force within the same time it’s taken to get to the position we are in now.
