More than 30 years of experience in assembling, planning, zoning, and developing land for more than 10,000 homes, club houses, recreational amenities. My successful developments have included developing award winning golf in conjunction with mixed use residential components. Since 1972, I have hired and built successful teams of qualified professionals who assisted my investors and bankers in acquiring, designing, building award winning housing communities. I have also assisted domestic and international clients in sydicating, financing, constructing, selling land and finished lots. I have successfully planned, designed, built, and managed several hundred units of multifamily for sale and rental housing throughout multiple locations in Northern Illinois and South East Wisconsin. Recently engaged in the planning, zoning, entitlement, financing, acquisition, and development of a world class resort, marina, mixed use housing development.
