Leading GHD’s Business Advisory team globally, I support clients at every stage of the asset lifecycle, bringing 30+ years’ of experience to help solve complex challenges in areas including energy transition, decarbonisation, business resilience and sustainability. Backed by the power of GHD’s 12,000 people worldwide, I lead a team of professionals focused on business and digital transformation, commercial and public sector finance, transactions and asset management. As a highly skilled infrastructure and business professional, I have extensive experience in project engineering, strategic planning and capital transactions at a global and regional level. My experience spans market sectors including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil and gas, property, water, rail, road, defence, air and sea ports, manufacturing, mining and heavy industry in Australasia, USA, Europe and the Middle East, working on deal sizes from AU$20 million to almost AU$600 billion. Before joining GHD I held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sector, including Australian Defence and Vanuatu government organisations, and commercial and strategy leadership within AGL (Agility). An active mentor, I am passionate about supporting young professionals as they grow their careers and am committed to creating a more diverse workforce in a traditionally male dominated industry. I am a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Fellow of Australian Institute of Project Management and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I am also an active member of a number of industry working groups, including Infrastructure Australia’s Regulatory, Sustainability and Energy Working Groups.
